A South Carolina woman bit off a registered sex offender’s penis during his alleged attack. The woman then used the man’s own knife to stab him in the butt, according to reports.

The incident happened in Greenvile back in August, but the suspect was only charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping a month later, the report revealed.

According to the Greenville News, Dennis Glenn Slaton, 61, is accused of picking up the woman when she needed a ride from a Greenville gas station, and pulling a knife on her and driving her to his home.

But the woman fought back — biting him to sever his penis and then using his own knife to stab him in the buttocks before fleeing, WFMY 2 reported.

The alleged victim told deputies she was waiting to be picked up by someone she had met online when she saw Slaton’s pickup truck near this gas station and asked him to pull over

Slaton, whose criminal history the past 40 years, includes convictions for sodomy, voyeurism and attempted rape, denied the allegations against him in this most recent case.

Slaton allegedly pulled a knife on the woman and drove her to his home on Kay Drive, where he proceeded to rape her, according to an incident report

Slaton confirmed the gruesome injury in a sob story to the Greenville News.

“It was pretty bad, pretty tragic, what happened to me,” he said of the August incident being reported this week for the first time. “If things had not transpired as they had, I would have been found here at my house dead.”

After biting off Slaton’s penis and stabbing him in the buttocks, the woman ran naked and drenched in blood to the Waffle House shown below.

Police then found Slaton with his horrific injury and the house covered in blood, according to the reports.

Paramedics took him to a hospital where he underwent surgery, Greenville News said.

Slaton was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping. He was released on $75,000 bond with a condition of home incarceration, the reports said.
