The video below shows the moment Joe Biden’s running mate, California Senator Kamala Harris, called President elect, Joe Biden Saturday morning, November 7, to congratulate him on election victory.

In a video posted on twitter, the senator said;

“We did it, we did it, Joe. You are going to be the next president of the United States.”

Kamala Harris, 56, will be the first Black and Indian-American woman to serve as vice president, a glimpse at a coming generational shift in the party.
